Oathstone 06:11
Greenskin tribes prepare for war! Goblin, Troll, Snotling, Orc! From the mountains at world’s edge To claim every Dwarven head! Endless numbers, countless hordes A forest of spears, a sea of swords… The Dwarves prepare their strongholds Seal the tunnels, close the doors! One by one the Holds all fall No songs of yore are sung in Hall No mines are delved, no masons build No runes are carved on blade or hilt… The Oathstone! Hold at all costs! By Oathstone! Stand as one and fight together! On Oathstone! This is where I die! Our Oathstones! Sealed in blood for all we’ve lost! Spears and swords pierce my body! An axe crushes my skull! Arrows rip through my armor! Soon I’ll be food for crows… Our last stand on the Oathstone! We bleed for ancient Gods! Not one step taken backwards! Lock shields! Prepare for charge! The Oathstone! Hold at all costs! By Oathstone! Stand as one and fight together! On Oathstone! This is where I die! Our Oathstones! Sealed in blood for all we’ve lost! They know they are the last, there will be no more sons Should they break their lines, the fall of all they love The Gods look down upon them, all they can do is weep Their flesh and souls devoured by Trolls and creatures from the deep Warriors form a ring, surrounding their great Thane Singing songs of hearth and home, death, glory, and fate! Memories of the mountains, proud, tall, and strong Lost to the Ages, the last kingdom falls… Walls are breached and gates are crushed Flesh is hewn and gored on tusks The shieldwall breaks to hulking foes Trolls of River, Hill and Stone Dwarven lines now no more A feast for the Gods: Mischief and War! The final guardians lay slain Defiant to the last, the Thane remains He grips his axe, he locks his shield He will never submit, surrender or yield He hears the call of his Fathers on high He charges in with his final warcry! The Oathstone! Hold at all costs! By Oathstone! Stand as one and fight together! On Oathstone! This is where I die! Our Oathstones! Sealed in blood for all we’ve lost! Watching as he falls, the Queen and her young son Fleeing through secret tunnels, their people on the run The last vision they see, the death of a Thane Ripped apart and eaten as he cries out their names Ancient Halls are plundered, defiled ancestral hoards Effigies of carrion dung, tormented flesh of Lords The mountains are aflame, and made of broken bones The end of elder days, Blood on the Oathstone…

In the frozen north, In the land of Trolls High up in the mountains amongst the ice and snow There dwelt the one, warrior born Trollish Tyrant, Drunken Overlord! There his quest began, His saga unfurled To seek the mightiest of brews, To drink dry the whole world! The plunder from his raids, No longer cast its spells Consumed himself sober, From his drunken throne he fell His journey begins... His axe and flagon in hand! In the search of ultimate booze To conquer every land! Southwards first to lands of men, Plumed and piked Holy Romans Famed for their beercraft skills, Hefeweizens, Lagers, Pils Smash through breweries, taverns, towns, Drinking, drinking, going down No effect, sober haze, Eternal hungover rage! Slavic lands to South and East, Prosit, Nazdrowe, Zivjeli! Rakija Slivovitsa, On pije pivo I wodka! Balkans, Baltics, Poles and Rus, Fell before his quest for booze Consume, swallow, slosh and swill, So many dead, yet sober still! Nothing in the Olde World remained, Its alcoholic stores were drained Kingdoms smashed, castles torn down, He drank where others would have drowned Still he was not drunk enough, His quest required stronger stuff But where to sack? Where to sail? Where could be found the strongest ale?? He heard! Rumors from the East! Of drink and magik yeast! ‘Cross the steppes to the Great Wall! The Celestial Kingdom would fall! Black powder, Alchemy, Were no match for his drunk fury Scorpion wine, beer of rice, Strong enough, yet none sufficed Art, Science, Philosophy, All he desired, the distillery Teachings from ancient scribes, Smashed and broken, Ale or Die!! Words of wisdom on deaf ears, Primordial need to drink beer Dragon temples brought to dust, Engorge, consume, violence, lust Nothing remained in his wake, Genocidal quest for drink Conquered lands of Orient, Inebriated rage not spent Over mountains down to jungle, intoxication from source fungal Follow the path, cradle of life, nothing but desert and strife Continue on where Kings remain, Ancient tombs and beer of grain Tales of a New World, For the quest, westward sail! Across! The Ocean's mighty waves! He sailed unto his fate! His quest for drunkenness! Would lead unto his death! Plunder upon the Spanish Main, New alcohol from sugar cane Rum, syrup, liquor sweet, Distilled and emptied at his feet Upwards on to land Central, Cervezas, Tequila Agave juice, no equal, Pure pain, no recall… Into the lands called 'Mericae, Kings of the IPA Malt, Hops, so extreme, Waters pure from mountain streams Singles, Doubles, Triples, Quad, Stronger, stronger, not enough! Continents brought to heel, All for the quest for beer!! Searched the world, nothing found, Northward sail, homeward bound Emerald Isle found in the mist, Already hammered! Let’s get pissed! On to the Scots, a wee quick halt, Whiskeys, Bourbons, Brandys, Malts Engle-Saxons and their Ciders only enrage the drunken fighter! Back to North, his Dragonship roamed Returning with beers, liquor and gold His Quest seemed failed, sober his fate Smashing his plunder with bleary eyed hate The liquid spills down, into his horn A magic elixir intoxicately born He raises his prize up to his eyes The ultimate drink is realized! He takes a swig, He forces it down! The broth flows through, Victory is found! Now so drunk, he cannot stand! Poisonous elixir from his own hand! Clogging filth, creeping through his veins! Vomits up his life, the Troll dies in pain...

Valkyria 07:53
Our backs to the wall, One by one our comrades fall Soon only I and her, A ring of foes draws in closer Swords, spears, forward thrust, Axe bites shield as bone is crushed Wounded, bloodied, beaten, maimed, Show no fear, show no pain We stand tall, side by side, Her and I not afraid to die One last glance, a firm embrace, No words needed, charge towards our fate Smash their lines, break their bones, Impale their flesh, their blood runs cold They begin to break, their courage fails, Victory in sight, we may prevail Archers appear behind their ranks Drawing their arrows aiming for our flanks Let loose their volleys, a rain of death I see her fall, I hear her last breath I raise my head and scream to the sky My One, My Queen, My Beloved, My I I rush to her body, now pale and cold Blood gushing forth from her many wounds My mind is torn, my heart ripped apart Her once bright eyes, now dead and dark Yet her face was neither enraged nor grim ‘Twas calm, peaceful, with the slightest grin As if she knew what would await Over the Bridge and through the Gates In Hall on high, Before the Gods Oh, my Valkyria!! Oh, Valkyrie I know you’ll be, And fairer there could never be! Of all of those who have gone before, beyond the stars and through the door! The memories come back to me, of Her and I and what used to be! Our love so strong, our fire bright, my Warrior Queen, her Champion I! Berserker rage takes over my sword I charge through their lines, smash through their hordes Break through their shields, cleave through their skulls Hack through their mail, 'til my blade is dull Pierced by their blades and many arrows I finally fall, succumbed to my foes She returns from Hall on High Armored and winged, my Valkyria!! I see my body on the ground, covered in blood and gore I fought on to the last, I grip my broken sword I see my tattered bloody corpse, rising through the sky In her arms she carries me, to Golden Hall on High Now we fight forever, Battles in the sky Her and I together, My Valkyria!!

Lock in step and form in line Pikes up front archers behind Foes so vast, never seen before This is our death march to war! Advancing over blood-soaked fields With grim resolve we will not yield Slow and steady towards our fate O’er fallen brothers, keep our pace! Banners wave under the morning sun None will be alive when this day is done Horns are blown, Orders to charge This is our death march! As we approach we see their lines Spears are long, and guns are primed Face their cannons, thundering roar Ripped through ranks, pink mist and gore Still we advance though many drop Skewered and maimed by pike and shot Their earthworks high, ground chosen well Our final charge leads us to Hell Only a few of us remain Foes on ramparts of the slain We march over corpses ripped and torn Victory impossible, a hope forlorn Our standard falls our Lord’s lost his head The rest of us now dying or dead All is quiet, no sounds of war No screams and steel, no cannons roar Banners wave under the morning sun None will be alive when this day is done Horns are blown, Orders to charge This is our death march!

Silver Tower 04:52
Enter to the tavern, same night as before Sitting round the table, a band of heroes four Warrior, Archer, Mage and Thief dividing up their loot A Halfling band plays merry songs on pipes, whistles and flutes Approached by a stranger, a dark cloak and deep hood Tells them of a Tower, beyond the Spiderwood Made of purest Silver, standing tall and bright Guarded by a Chaos Mage, illusion and dark light The party looks around, they share a wicked grin “That wizard is as good as dead! We’ll claim the hoard within!” The stranger slowly laughs, “The map for some gold…” Coins are placed in his hands; their fates have now been sold… The Warrior! Brave, strong and bold! The Archer! Master of the bow! The Mage! Casting arcane spells! The Thief! Traps and locks as well! They set off at first light, heads still fogged with ale As they approach the Spiderwood, the light turns sick and pale They plunge into the dark, the boughs block out the sun Fight their way through eight-legged foes, they slay the Spider God! Emerge on other side, woods now left behind Above them stand the Frozen Peaks, mountains older than time They scale the icy stone, attacked by many foes The mountains soon are raining blood as red melts from the snow The Warrior! Brave, strong and bold! The Archer! Master of the bow! The Mage! Casting arcane spells! The Thief! Traps and locks as well! Down into the valley, the Tower stands alone A shinning spear of Silver with a moat of bones The stranger reappears, he offers them advice… “Beware the sorcerer’s minions, both of magik and might!” As if it heard his words, a creature forms from none Crystal skulls and shimmering scales, many faces turn to one The construct is destroyed, its magiks are no more From the mirrored shards appears the Tower’s hidden door… They clear the lower Halls, navigate the changing maze At the labyrinth’s center, the lair of the Chaos mage The party charges in with swords and spells and bow! There on the alter, the stranger stands alone… The Warrior! Brave, strong and bold! The Archer! Master of the bow! The Mage! Casting arcane spells! The Thief! Traps and locks as well! The Warrior! Cast down into stone! The Archer! Pierced by her own arrows! The Mage! Mind has been erased! The Thief! Forever trapped in this place!
